As a new development, Verdala Terraces needed more than a standard real estate website.
The objective was to capture the lifestyle and atmosphere that come with living in such a unique location while presenting the project’s design and availability with clarity.
The website had to communicate both aspiration and substance, helping visitors picture themselves within the space.
Our Approach
Designing an Experience
We designed an experience that tells the Verdala story from location to architecture to lifestyle. Each section immerses users in the setting and highlights what makes the development special: panoramic views, quality interiors, and the charm of Rabat’s historic surroundings.
To make browsing more engaging, we introduced BisonRealty Trace, our in-house interactive visualisation module. Trace allows users to explore the building’s facade, view apartment positions, and open individual floor plans and enquiry forms. It connects people to the project in a simple and intuitive way.
Streamlining
Sales Automation and CRM Integration
Alongside the visual experience, we worked with the Verdala sales team to streamline their internal process.
The website is connected to their CRM, allowing enquiries, brochure downloads, and viewing requests to flow directly into their system. This reduces manual handling and ensures faster follow-ups, giving the sales team a more efficient and reliable workflow.
