The first digital platform for a growing residential developer. Built to manage multiple developments, real-time availability, and agent access through an integrated sales and visualisation system.

THE challenge

A Centralised Platform for Sales, Agents, and Real-Time Availability

The primary challenge was to create De Domenico’s first digital platform while ensuring it could scale across multiple developments, each with its own specifications, layouts, and availability.

Beyond showcasing projects, the website needed to solve a real operational issue. Agents were constantly contacting the developer to confirm availability, unit details, and updates, resulting in time-consuming back-and-forth communication and frequent interruptions.

Our Approach

Structuring the Buyer and Agent Experience

We designed and built a structured platform that brings all developments under one cohesive system. Each project is presented with its own identity while maintaining consistency across the website.

To improve how users explore developments, we implemented BisonRealty Trace, our interactive facade visualisation module. Trace allows visitors to explore apartments directly on the building facade, instantly seeing unit positioning, orientation, and availability. This gives buyers clarity and confidence early in the decision process.

In parallel, we used BisonRealty Agent, a portal that provides real-time access to unit availability across all developments. Agents can log in, view live availability data, and share accurate information with clients without needing to contact the developer directly.

Future Proofing

Real-time Availability, Automation and CRM Integration

The platform is capable of integrating with DeDomenico’s CRM, ensuring that enquiries, reservations, and sales updates can also be instantly reflected across the website and BisonRealty Agent.

This removed the constant flow of calls and emails previously required to confirm availability, freeing up the developer’s time while improving response speed for agents and buyers.

The Outcome

A Centralised Platform That Supports Growth

De Domenico Developments now operates from a single digital platform that supports both marketing and operations. Buyers can explore projects visually and enquire with confidence, while agents access accurate availability without delays.

The result is a streamlined sales process that saves time, reduces friction, and supports future growth as new developments are launched.
